You’re not alone and you’re the person that I’m here to help. If you’re working earlies, lates and nights, I know the struggles that come with a sometimes chaotic and stressful work/life balance – especially if, like me, you have a young family.

My name is Matt Boniface and I have been a services shift worker since 2009. I know that it is hard to put your health, fitness and welfare first, especially when your schedule and lifestyle is anything but “normal.” I created Shift PT to help shift workers with practical, real-world advice. I have lots of experience and I truly understand the challenges.

One to one online or face to face consultations.

Subscription based service.

  • On-demand video workouts that allow you to work out in your own time at any time.
  • Online guidance you can access at any time.
  • WhatsApp based community where you can communicate and comment along with other subscribing members (some personal details may be shared.)
  • 10% off 1:1 sessions – either face-to-face or online.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Matt. I started on weight loss jab and from that lost all my energy and as a result failed my bleep test. Matt then stepped in and took to time to sit down with me and talk about it in depth around the nutrition side and fitness side of things. He then helped by sending coaching advice over and a work out plan for the bleep test. He then took the time to come into the gym and help me to prepare for my bleep test!
